HR Consultants

Need at least a Masters degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.  PhD’s are encouraged to apply.  Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR.  Consulting experience helpful, but not required.  Must be able to present fluidly in front of clients, groups and teams.  All specialties are considered.  Consultants work directly with clients providing HR services such as performance management, coaching, executive development, HR audits, creating HR policies, job descriptions, handbooks, and other documentation.
