History
Shawna Lyonfields and her husband Jim are licensed psychologists with 20+ years of experience in talent management. They founded TAD in 2007 to help organizations integrate and enhance their talent management initiatives. Lynn Sgouros joined TAD in 2015 as a partner and oversees TAD's human resources consulting division, including project consulting, outsourced HR and executive search services.
